Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content Policy

1. Strictly prohibited content

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any depiction of minors — including stylised, "aged-up", school-uniform or otherwise youthful depictions in a sexual context. Prompts are screened, generated images are checked by a vision model, and every generation pipeline carries a mandatory minor-blocking negative prompt.
• Real, identifiable persons — celebrities, public figures or private individuals. Face uploads are screened for real-person likeness. The consumer application has no facility to upload a photograph of a person for sexual content; deepfake creation is structurally impossible, not merely forbidden.
• Non-consensual sexual content, including rape, coercion, incapacitation and hidden-camera themes presented as real.
• Bestiality, necrophilia, incest.
• Content depicting or promoting human trafficking, prostitution, or sexual services for sale.
• Violence, gore, self-harm or terrorism presented approvingly, and any content promoting illegal drugs or weapons.
• Content infringing third-party intellectual property.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Circumventing the age gate or identity verification, or allowing a minor to use your account.
• Using the Service for money laundering, fraudulent payments, or payment testing with stolen cards.
• Reselling access, credits or generated content commercially.
• Automated scraping, load attacks, or attempts to extract model prompts or system instructions.
• Harassment of other users or of the Company's staff.

3. How we enforce it

• Pre-generation screening of text prompts for minor-related and real-person terms.
• Post-generation screening of images by an automated vision check; failing media is discarded.
• Upload gate — any uploaded face is screened for minor appearance and real-person likeness before it can be used.
• Human review of reports, and removal of offending material.
• Account action — suspension or permanent termination, retention of evidence, and reporting to authorities where legally required.

4. Reporting

Anyone — user or not — may report content by emailing support@jst-4u.com with the character name or media address. Reports of suspected minor-related content are treated as the highest priority and reviewed the same day. Copyright complaints should include the work concerned, proof of ownership and contact details; verified complaints result in removal.
