These Terms govern the use of the Just4You service (jst-4u.com and its regional sites, the "Service") operated by J-Interactive Inc. (the "Company"). The Service is strictly for adults aged 19 or over (the age of majority in the Republic of Korea; 18+ where local law sets a lower threshold, whichever is higher). Minors are prohibited from using the Service. Age verification is required at entry, and identity verification through a licensed Korean verification provider is required before accessing age-restricted features. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements and accept these Terms.
Every character, image, video, voice and line of dialogue on the Service is generated by artificial intelligence and is entirely fictional. All depicted persons are fictional adults. No real or identifiable person is depicted, and no real performers are involved in any content. The Company does not permit content that depicts, or appears to depict, minors under any circumstances. See our Synthetic Content Statement.
Hearts are in-service virtual credits used for chat, image and video generation and for unlocking premium content. Hearts hold no cash value, cannot be transferred to another person, and are not exchangeable for cash except where required by law. Prices are displayed before purchase and include VAT where applicable. Purchases are one-time only; the Company does not operate recurring or automatic billing.
Unused Hearts may be refunded as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Hearts that have already been spent, and content generated or unlocked with them, are treated as digital content that has been supplied and are not refundable, as permitted under Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
Users must not: attempt to create, request or distribute content depicting minors or non-consenting real persons; upload or request content based on the likeness of a real identifiable person; use the Service for illegal purposes; scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the Service; resell access or credits; or bypass age or payment controls. A full list is set out in our Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content Policy. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund of spent credits.
The Service, its characters and its software are owned by the Company or its licensors. Content you generate through the Service is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use; the Company retains the rights required to operate, moderate and improve the Service. You are responsible for any prompt or material you submit and warrant that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
All responses are generated by AI and are fiction. They are not advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial or otherwise) and must not be relied upon as statements of fact about any real person or event. The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
You may close your account at any time. The Company may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms or applicable law, or where required by a payment provider, regulator or court order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The competent court for the Company's principal place of business shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in the user's country of residence.
