Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

J-Interactive Inc. ("the Company") operates Just4You and is the controller of personal data processed through the Service.

2. What we collect

• Account data — email address, display name, and the identifier supplied by a social login provider (Google, Naver, Kakao, Meta, LINE) if you use one.
• Age and identity verification — year of birth at entry, and, for age-restricted features, the result of verification carried out by a licensed Korean verification provider. We store the result and a non-reversible reference only; we do not store the resident registration number.
• Usage data — conversations with AI characters, generated media, credit balance and transaction history, and technical logs (IP address, device and browser type, timestamps).
• Payment data — processed by our payment providers. The Company never receives or stores full card numbers.

3. Why we use it

To provide and personalise the Service; to verify age and prevent access by minors; to process payments, refunds and disputes; to detect fraud and abuse; to moderate content for the prohibitions in our Acceptable Use Policy; and to meet legal record-keeping obligations.

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors acting for us: payment providers, identity verification providers, cloud hosting and AI model providers used to generate responses and media. We do not sell personal data. Data may be disclosed where required by law or lawful order.

5. International transfers

The Service is hosted in the European Union (Romania) and uses AI providers located outside Korea. Transfers are made under the safeguards required by the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and, where applicable, the GDPR.

6. Retention

Account and conversation data are kept while the account is open and deleted within 30 days of closure, except where longer retention is required by law — in particular records of contracts, payments and consumer complaints, which the Korean e-commerce legislation requires to be kept for up to 5 years.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and may withdraw consent, by emailing support@jst-4u.com. We respond within the period required by law. You may also lodge a complaint with the Korean Personal Information Protection Commission (privacy.go.kr).

8. Security

Transport encryption (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access control on administrative tools, and off-site encrypted backups. Access to production data is limited to the operator.

9. Children

The Service is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of majority; if we learn that we have, the account and its data are deleted.
